Open House – View Flathead Lake Historic Timber

We will be showcasing the Flathead Lake Historic Timber recovered from Flathead Lake, Montana.  Come and see examples for pine and larch flooring and boards, ceiling and wall paneling, slabs and mantel pieces, and other wood products made from these historic recovered logs!

Sawmill Open House

NMI will host an Open House to show the Flathead Lake Historic Timber milling and products at Hunt’s Timber Mill 72682 US Highway 93, St. Ignatius, MT, July 1, 2011 10AM to 6PM.  Come and see the colors of submerged wood, and experience some finished products.  Enjoy a FREE ice-cold soda and some BBQ while experiencing 300 year old recovered Flathead timber.


Loren Pinski Joins NMI as Marketing Professional

Loren Pinski has joined the NMI team to provide marketing assistance for the Flathead Lake Historic Timber Recovered logs.  Loren’s experience includes 20+ years in marketing of forest products including sales and marketing for Boise Cascade Corp, Georgia-Pacific and Louisiana Pacific.  Lroen is excited to be back in the Inland Northwest.  NMI welcomes Loren to our staff.
